PPC Energie becomes the first supplier to offer its customers the widest range of household appliances, in equal installments, directly on the energy bill

 

PPC Energie is the first electricity supplier in Romania to expand its activity to the retail area with the widest range of household appliances. Refrigerators, washing machines, and cooking appliances can now be purchased in equal installments directly on the energy bill, with free extended warranty and included services for delivery and old appliances takeover 

PPC Energie expands its portfolio of physical products with large, energy-efficient appliances, which can be purchased in equal installments included in the energy bill, with free delivery services and extended warranty services included.

The range available now includes refrigeration appliances (refrigerators, fridge freezers, freezers), washing machines (simple, with dryer included, clothes dryers), dishwashers and cooking appliances (hobs, ovens, hoods). The full list of home appliances is available here. 

The appliances can also be purchased through PPC Energie’s network of stores throughout the country.

Products can be purchased directly from www.ppcenergy.ro, or through physical stores in the PPC Energie network. 

Delivery is available anywhere in the country. Payment can be made in full or in up to 36 equal installments, with no down payment or interest, directly through the energy bill.

Another benefit is that, upon request, when customers buy a new appliance, they can hand in their old one free of charge, with the scheduling of a later date for takeover of old appliances.

PPC Energie’s portfolio already includes products such as air conditioners and heating systems, which can be purchased directly from the supplier’s website, in equal installments paid directly on the electricity bill, with free installation.

In addition, for smart consumption, PPC Energie residential customers benefit from PPC myEnergy Coach — the only digital platform offered by an energy supplier in Romania that provides personalized information for optimizing household energy use. Customers can even receive recommendations on which household appliances to replace to increase the energy efficiency of their home. PPC myEnergy Coach was created to enhance customer experience and is integrated into the myPPC app (web and mobile).
