Romania : Faurei - the first photovoltaic park

The city hall of Faurei Village, Braila County,Romania,intends to build a photovoltaic park. In this respect, an auction will be organized on 8th of January, 2013. This park, the first for Faurei, will be build on 100,000 sqm with private investment.

If this project will be accomplished, having in view its size, will become the biggest investment in Faurei in the last 20 years.  An advantage of this project is its location, a place where the solar irradiation intensity is at the highest point from Braila County and one of the highest in the country.

We are looking forward for the first energy produced by this photovoltaic park.
