The event will launch a large-scale information campaign in Ukraine on budget and therm residential areas. The key event of the Forum will be signing a memorandum of partnership between the Energoservice Agency and local authorities to implement and improve the energy efficiency of buildings of budgetary institutions.
At the Forum will participate: chairman's of the regional, district and city administrations, representatives of the international community, public, condominiums representatives, concerned ministries and departments.

· Panel I: National and regional developments in the energy efficiency of the housing stock.
· Panel II: Energoservice: global practices in the realities of Ukraine (Energoservice in the public sector, Energoservice in the housing sector).
· Panel III: Support the implementation of international institutions in Ukraine Energoservice: loans, grants, consulting.
