Starting with 2013 the Romanian market will have a new renewable energy producer - the developer of "Natura Parc recreation center". The intention is to invest 8 million euros for the construction of a photovoltaic park in Covasna, the main objective being to reduce the electricity costs for operating "Natura Parc".
The constructions are planned to start in March 2013 and the deadline was set for September 2013. 8.18 hectares were allocated for installing the new solar park which will have an installed power between 4 - 5 MW/h, becoming the largest solar park in Covasna.
