Agreements signed by Norwegian firms for green investment in Ukraine

Ukraine and Norway launched several strategic initiatives in the field of energy efficiency and clean energy at the Norwegian-Ukrainian Business Forum 2019.

A number of agreements between Norwegian and Ukrainian companies were signed at the forum in different sectors of the economy:

- Norway's Norsk Solar will join the installation of a 9.2 megawatt solar power plant in the Kiev region.
- the Norwegian company Scatec Solar will participate in the installation of 150 MW solar power capacity in the Mykolaiv region.
- Norwegian company NBT intends to participate in the installation of about 750 MW of wind energy in the Zaporozhye region.
