Slovakia : Preparing Subsidies for Renewable Energy according to Ministry of the Environment

Ministry of the Environment will have 100 million euro for subsidy. Peoples can apply to technologies such as biomass boilers, solar collectors for the hot water production or heating, heat pumps, power generation equipment with a maximum power of 10 kW, PV panels, and wind turbines.

According to the EU obligations Slovakia need to increase the proportion of renewable energy sources to 14% of total energy consumption. To do that they intends  to introduce subsidies for the purchase of domestic heat and electricity generators.
