OMV Petrom sold his subsidiary OMV Petrom Wind Power SRL through which owns the Dorobantu wind farm to Transeastern Power B.V. from Holland. The wind farm has 15 Vestas V-90 turbines with a capacity of 3 MW each. Market sources indicate the value of the transaction at 23 million euros.
