A new technology park was contracted by the Regional Development West Agency in Timisoara. This will include manufacturing facilities, warehouses, administrative offices, parking, access to utilities, public services and shops. Timis County Council project will be called "Technologic Park for Alternative Energy Timisoara".
The project will be financed by about 19 mil by Regio Operational Programme, Priority 1, "Supporting sustainable development of cities - urban growth poles".It is intended as supporting technology companies in energy production from renewable sources.
