The Hoopeks International company obtained the technical approval for the grid connection of a 629 MW wind project in Galaţi County, Romania. This will be the largest wind farm and will involve an investment of 500 million euros, the largest in Romania in this sector of activity.
Hoopeks International will build a wind power plant in Galati County, with a maximum of 204 wind generator groups and connection stations, with wind turbines located in the localities of Bereşti, Cerțesti, Drăguşeni, Corod, Valea Mărului, Smulţi, Vârlezi, Bălăbăneşti, Jorăşti, Bereşti-Meria , Cavadineşti, Suceveni and Băneasa.
